If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns on any item (EXCEPT for any Sealed Item (as defined in the Terms of Service)) within 30 days of purchase. You can return your Non-Sealed Items (as defined in the Terms of Service) for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions: - Sealed Items (including, without limitation, sealed wax, cards, or other collectibles) may not be returned at any time, for any reason. - Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. - Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. - Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return of a Non-Sealed Item, please complete the following steps:- Submit a request by emailing store@psacard.com, including your order # and the item you are returning/exchanging - Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email. - Send applicable items back to us using the label provided.
